Week-end
breaks are also available, in which case the times of arrival and
departure are specified in the individual contracts.
A
reservation is first considered valid once the owner of the cottage has
received a cheque acounting for 25% of the total rental costs as well as a
rental contract signed by the tenant.
On
arrival, the tenants are required to leave €200 deposit as well as
balance out the remaining 75% of the total rental costs, against which,
the keys of the cottage will be handed over. The deposit will be returned
on departure, or part thereof, at the latest 2 weeks after departure in
the case that damages incurred by the tenant to the property or its
contents have been compensated for.
Upon
departure, the tenant is required to leave the property in the same state
of order and cleanliness in which the cottage was handed over. Should the
tenant fail to do this, the owner may charge the tenant a penalty of
€50.
Upon
request, sheets may be hired at the cost of €15 per bedding per week.
